Add groupNameInEnglish, taxonomicVernacularScope or similar #54

taxonomicScope is defined to describe the taxonomic scope of the entire dataset, but is desired to be scientific name(s). COL has a tradition to also provide an english vernacular name for the taxonomic context. This was called groupNameInEnglish in ACEF. Unless we want all metadata to be also available in other languages I don't think we should worry about non english common names. The term "group" though is not intuitive to me at all and we don't use "group" anywhere in ColDP so far.

Discuss a good name to include in the metadata yaml and consider we already have 3 scope fields: taxonomicScope, geographicScope and temporalScope. vernacularTaxonomicScope might be a good candidate or taxonomicScopeInEnglish.

picking this up again to get to a first release of ColDP. taxonomicScopeInEnglish seems like a good name to me. vernacularNameScope might sound as it is the scope of vernacular names in the dataset, not the entire taxonomy. People might leave it out if they do not provide vernaculars.

@dhobern, @gdower any reservations as a native speaker?
