for better expressing named hybrids

Not needed as it can be easily expressed in the scientificName, be parsed out again and is restricted to botanical names.

Reopening as there is user demand for this to avoid extra parsing and allow easier comparing of names with and without the hybrid marker. See https://github.com/CatalogueOfLife/data/issues/398
