The June unstable ID report shows that some ambiguous synonyms have been converted into regular synonyms, duplicated and now only indicate in their authorship the pro parte situation. The status should be changed and ideally the data model and ColDP prefers to share the same name record with 2 or more synonym records. Then it is obvious the name is the same, but there exist 2 different accepted names for it now.
If the source cant be fixed use a decision to change the status and correct the authorships.
"Merging" name records in decisions is not possible, but we could add such a thing in the near future easily.
