ITIS - Symphitopsyche is now synonym of Hydropsyche #349

Describe the problem: Issue originally reported on the GBIF Feedback Portal: https://github.com/gbif/backbone-feedback/issues/470 According to this user, Symphitopsyche has been synonymized with Hydropsyche.

Symphitopsyche Ulmer, 1907, Mexipsyche Ross & Unzicker, 1977, Ceratopsyche Ross & Unzicker, 1977 and Herbertorossia Ulmer, 1957 are synonymized with Hydropsyche Pictet, 1834;

We are currently considering options & timeframes for updating the Trichoptera in ITIS. The issue above should be rectified once that update is completed.
