Fishbase not using original identifiers #407

The great white shark has 751 as it's Fishbase identifier: https://www.fishbase.se/summary/751

In COL CLB it is 23071: https://www.checklistbank.org/dataset/1010/taxon/23071

Any existing identifiers should be reused and new ones only coined if they do not exist.

@NicBailly we badly need a new copy of FishBase in COL for many reasons. Primarily a data update, but also an archive with good identifiers and higher taxa authorships. Cant we get this done quickly somehow?

Supporting it with two raised hands. Plus, the old version of FishBase conflicts with the new classification of vertebrates.
