Systema Dipterorum - genus Lonchaea - incorrect family #436

Describe the problem: This issue was originally reported on the GBIF Feedback system: https://github.com/gbif/backbone-feedback/issues/256

genus Lonchaea should be in Lonchaeidae family not Tachinidae

Note that other genera were misplaced on the Tachinidae family (see previously reported issues https://github.com/CatalogueOfLife/data/issues/393, https://github.com/CatalogueOfLife/data/issues/389)

In addition to that a second issue was logged for the Sarcophaga genus being in the wrong family: https://github.com/gbif/backbone-feedback/issues/254

Sarcophaga genus should be in Sarcophagidae not Tachinidae
