Hemiptera suborders missing, e.g. Auchenorrhyncha #564

suborder Auchenorrhyncha is in the 3i source bit not in COL:

ITIS also has suborders which are missing

The Hemiptera management classification succeeded from AC19, where we had no non-basic ranks. Many of 16 source checklists still have no taxa of non-basic ranks. If we add only the suborder Auchenorrhyncha without revision of entire Hemiptera classification, all other checklists will fall into Not Assigned node. Plus, only the set of taxa in Auchenorrhyncha is taken from 3i Auchenorrhyncha checklist. Unilateral changes will add a mess.

Apart from Aphid everything else is from ITIS which does have suborders for all the infraorders. Is there any conflict I have missed?
