Genus with descendant species from another genus #581

Species names under a different genus: The extinct genus Eubaculites has descendant species with a different genus. Besides any of them are flagged as "extinct"

Thank you @DianRHR! It was "last straw" to this https://github.com/CatalogueOfLife/testing/issues/237.

In November edition, CoL will switch to previous version of PaleoBioDB.
