Names added from sectors that where removed on the UI #822

Describe the problem:

There are 654 Plant names included on the xrelease form DAISIE dataset although on the latest changes we specified 3 sectors to clearly remove Plants from this source:

BTW The subject of Animalia was added to the first sector but is not present at the moment, y just tried multiple times to added it ans still it does not show up

I'll wait until next release to see if it was rather a bug on the UI

The first sector has no subject so it includes all names!
