With the switch to the new data portal sometime around June this year we should be clear what legacy systems will need to continue and which can be switched off. With the domain catalogueoflife.org being transferred to GBIF and also serving the new portal, api & clearinghouse we need to list how all these applications are exposed in the catalogueoflife.org domain.

• 4D4life Web Services: unclear where they are, to be shutdown.

Email catalogueoflife.org does currently not have any email, but sp2000.org does. All email management should be done by Naturalis as the secretariat with DNS MX records being configured at GBIF. Email setup is dealt with in a separate issue #73
