Migrate to new CatalogueOfLife github organisation

• [x] https://github.com/Sp2000/coldp -> CatalogueOfLife/coldp
• [x] https://github.com/Sp2000/colplus-portal-components -> CatalogueOfLife/portal-components
• [x] https://github.com/Sp2000/colplus-deploy -> CatalogueOfLife/deploy
• [x] https://github.com/Sp2000/colplus-frontend-tests -> CatalogueOfLife/frontend-tests

All other repositories are considered legacy and can remain in the Sp2000 organisation managed by Naturalis

@olafbanki please let me know here on this issue when the github organisation https://github.com/CatalogueOfLife has changed its status and can create private repositories.

This is blocking the migration of all private repositories, e.g. deploy and the data ones
