unexpected: latest_coldp.zip download and latest_dwc-a.zip have different time stamps

on https://download.catalogueoflife.org/col/, I noticed that

And noticed that latest_coldp.zip has timestamp 2021-12-21 whereas latest_dwc-a.zip had timestamp 2022-01-14.

Is this expected? Do the zip files relate to the same version?

This is indeed odd. The latest version should be from 2022-01-14 and there should not be 2 different dwc archives existing. I'll fix this asap
