PaleoBioDB, PBDB (id 268676 & id 1174): test report

The Paleobiology Database (PaleoBioDB, PBDB) entered the CoL in February 2017 with paleoradiolarians, trilobites, paleodecapods, ammonites, belemnites, paleobrachyopods, dinosaurs and other paleoreptiles. Data have been crawled & converted for CoL by D Mozzherin. Selected palecoleopteran groups were added in 2018. Selected paleo taxa from Pinopsida, Liliopsida & Magnoliopsida were added in march 2019. Final view was published in AC19. In 2020-21 only 3 groups migrated in a new environment (CLB): Arthropoda: class Trilobita, Cephalopoda: subclass Ammonoidea & order Belemnitida. PaleoBioDB data have not been updated in CLB by the CoL editorial team since Feb 2018.

Appears, PaleoBioDB data in CLB (id 1174) have been updated in CLB (2022-03-01) without our knowledge. Data do not match cleaned version of Feb 2018. Ammonoidea & Belemnitida have been synced 2023-09-21 from PaleoBioDB ver 2022-03-01 and release in the PREVIEW of 2023-09-22.

2023-09-21 @gdower restored PaleoBioDB of Feb 2018 as a new entry in CLB with id 268676. See also https://github.com/CatalogueOfLife/backend/issues/1263

All(?) species flagged as Extinct. However, all taxa above species have no Extinct flag in the source id 268676. Flag "Extinct" applied via Complex Decisions to: 1 class Trilobita, 16 orders, 94 superfamilies and 511 families (3761 left not done).
