Replace Geometridae with Online Taxonomic Facility of Geometridae #256

The COL Taxonomy Group has approved the replacement of the lepidopteran family Geometridae with the version in:

Note that this applies only to the Geometridae. The Pseudobistonidae are also partly included in this dataset, but are complete in GLI.

@dhobern, I replaced family Geometridae of GLI with Geometridae of Geometridae. Full report is here https://github.com/CatalogueOfLife/testing/issues/258

Perhaps, one duplicated species and two genera with differently spelled authorstrings require fixes in the master database: Chiasmia gueyei Sirloucomb, 2009 and Chiasmia gueyei Sircoulomb, 2009 Mesothisa Warben, 1905 (2 spp) and Mesothisa Warren, 1905 (19 spp) Plutodes Guenee, [1858] (4 spp) and Plutodes Guenée, [1858] (30 spp) Details reported here: https://github.com/CatalogueOfLife/testing/issues/258#issuecomment-2023716764

Geometridae GSD will appear in CoL of April.
