Label fossil names from datasets that only include fossil taxa: as indicated in the title

There are several cases in the xCOL-2023-10-26 where fossil names were merged properly, but they are not labeled as fossil eventhough the complete source data set incldes fossil taxa.

All datasets with names of fossil / extinct taxa coming from Plazi or Pensoft will be included in the report to ask them to label correspondant names in their datasets.
