Fill classification gaps in COL, either by adopting new sectors from ITIS, IRMNG or others. Or by creating a new github repo similar to the COL-PALEO one.

@DianRHR please also look into families placed right under the kingdoms

@camiplata how about adding a test / metric to the validation scripts to count number of families with no classification or just kingdom?
