Cohort: Almost non existing “collaborative layer” to welcome newcomers

Recommended Status: In Progress - not sure where this should move to as it seems not to be specific project but ongoing activities.

Stephen Clarified this statement: The scope of this issue relates to welcoming the Funded Cohort NOT Welcoming Newcomers per se.

Also stating: There is still some work to be done in providing a collaborative layer for Funded cohorts although progress has been made thru the Challenge Team Support.

Mentors Felt: We now have Town Halls, After Town Halls, Swarms, Catalyst Schools, Bridge Builders and the Like.

As CCv3 I don't have a specific project. I do believe the Town Halls provide a lot of information and the Challenge Teams are providing Proof of Life and reaching out to Funded proposers as well as the Funded Proposer Roll.
