Process for removal of a Circle member by the community is missing #65

Catalyst Circle v2 highlighted some issues with Catalyst Circle, and process for removal of Catalyst Circle representatives must be developed, formalized, approved, and perhaps even used.

Catalyst Circle Policies All members will serve at the pleasure of the group that selected them and can be recalled by that group at any time.

In order to recall a member, 20 community members who belong to the group need to assemble in a TH breakout room and declare re-election, which will take place the following week. For IOG and CF, a member can be replaced via an executive decision.

Circle membership is restricted to 3 months.

Until now the election has been done live using Google Form.
