Extension of vote collection period

Voting in my opinion should be done at two time zones with the names of people who attend each registered, so that one person cant vote twice.

Otherwise a whole Hemisphere. ie anyone who is +430 hours ahead of GMT all the way upto +1200 GMT will likely be fast asleep during voting which is placed during a time convenient to European members of the community which is inherently unfair and unequal to say the least.. This should not be allowed to happen again if INEED as it is said, whoever makes these decisions wants a truly global, equal, community. As I stand for inclusivity, equality, diversity, I feel this must be addressed and ratified so that hereafter every timezone will have an opportunity to vote during a time convenient for them not always conform to the European conveniences.
