2 years ago The sensed issues have been transitioned to a community-accessible space in the PA/VPA Dework board, with corresponding channels for discussion. The broader community was invited to vote on these issues collectively, as were the members of the PA Telegram channel and the Discord Server. The sensed issues are visible and votable on the "community suggestions" shared ideas board.

Votes took place, and the leading categories for attention will be reviewed by the Initiatives Subcircle of the PA community, and migrated onto the group's working boards for adoption and community focus. These prioritized problems will be moved across the board as they are solved, and archived onto the Github boards for future reference.

- Engage the Initiatives Subcircle in migrating the prioritized problems to the board
- Migrate all explanatory documentation of the entire process in a simple wiki

Why is solving this problem important to the mission of Project Catalyst?
If these sensed issues are allowed to remain, gaps in the process will widen and gaming of the system could increase, crippling our good work and slowing the entire Fund 9 process.
Can you articulate the gap between the current state and the expected or envisioned state?
We have compiled a list of 33 "Issues," or categorical umbrellas that contain requests, feedback and suggestions for Fund 9. The group needs to address these in an organized, efficient and broadly agreed-upon way so that we don't repeat the past in the future. If we can solve the prioritization and solution problem, the community will be able to self-address the issues, identify the urgent and important needs, and come to thoughtful resolutions prior to F9.
