No one knows what the value of the Catalyst Circle is. The Community doesnt seem to see value in it and feels it does not deserve funding. There is no roadmap to define what Catalyst or does both within the Community or on its own. We need to establish a clear roadmap by discussion between all stakeholders.
THis will involve creation of a GAH subcircle, one of whose roles will be to create thie Roadmap. The Rapid Funding of the 6 month period will be used towards this Roadmap creation. I will be continuing in my role as GAH for this Subcircle.
