• Decide if we want to do 8 THs as planned (ending in Jan) or only 7 (ending in Dec) - All~5min -

Fund distribution and Currency Risk

• Should there a cap on ADA price drops ? Given currency risks
• How is funding distribution happening ? Milestone release rota ?

Intersect TH Workgroup Miro Board presentation

• TH WG Miro Board presentation ~5min - Tevo
• Tevo presented some templates and models that could be used in facilitation ~15 min
• Discussion on how to use Miro Boards as supporting tool on ideation & visualisation of content

Project management on Github

• General Project distribution
• There was discussion on how to share Github Project Board Task assignments between core members ~ 15 min
• [x] Decision - Intersect Github to host the project board & TH Repo - This would be preferred in long term rather than using Swarm GitHub Org.

Tracking community issues

Misc Discussion

• Introducing TH community sessions ? Next week ? With aim to supported emergence of a TH body (Guild ?) by end of year which is able to further run the THs
• How should we recognise and store names and wallet addresses for on-chain recognitions?
• How should we opt-in people?
• We currently either add it to Dework, Github or directly to sheet (but requires heavy know how), alternatively it could some simple sheet or form too which we notify each meeting for newcomers if they havent registered yet and facilitator later have some specific way to list the names and then we automate the results into treasury
• we could use Zoom names/emails also to verify participation.
