This is the task issue for “Town Hall Proposal Monthly planning session” which will be held on Thursday, 20th June 2024 at UTC.

This task is intended to complete final planning for each Intersect Town Hall. This comprises -

• [ ] A review of open tasks and decisions
• [ ] A project board stand-up where each project member provides updates on their tasks
• [ ] Any Other Business

The review of tasks/decisions and the project board stand-up are recorded for ease of transparent and accountable reporting.

After the stand-up the recording is stopped which allows for informal, off the record discussion on the project’s progress.
