Update documentation based on new YateBTS components #17

We give credit to EvilBTS/SubversiveBTS for our Yate fork but since we've moved back to their current code those patches aren't required and indeed the transceiver support built in to YBTS seems to be more reliable anyways.

It's also worth mentioning in the docs that the bladeRF was tested on the hostedx40 v0.6.0 FPGA image and the v1.9.1 FX3 firmware image. Note that FX3 v2.0.0 doesn't support Yate/YateBTS (as noted by Nuand) so this version should be avoided.

Closing since this project is now out of scope and is unlikely to be revisited in the future. Hopefully the information contained in these issues can help someone in the future who looks to implement this.
