Caalyst doesn't load the web page if the preferences tab is open #400

Steps to reproduce the issue?

Open Catalyst Search for something Click the preferences button thingy in the top right

What happened?

The preferences tab to open on the right, and it to show some options. All this should be happening while the webpage is being shown behind it.
