Describe the bug The description textarea appears collapsed in Chrome browser

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a jira collector dialog in Chrome browser (v112+)
  2. Check the description textarea

Expected behavior I expect to get the description textarea with some initial height greater than 10px.
