Make adjustable top/bottom margin #25

The margin delimits both the header/footer and the rest of the report. The rest of the report (text, ...) is positioned according to the header/footer size, so that they don't overlap. The improvement comes for all types of header/footer, except for ReportFooterOnPages.ALL_BUT_LAST
