How would a childcare provider change their details i.e. contact data, bank details etc.?

Hey @PHILCATAPILLR - this is a new feature that hasn't been designed or scoped for. To allow the childcare provider to change their details they would need to have an account and login. For certain details they would also need to be reverified by MangoPay after they are changed and we would need to handle this. This set of features is something which we would be happy to talk about implementing going forwards.

In the interim, the MVP solution would be for the childcare provider to get in touch with you and ask for certain details to be changed eg. email address. You could then change it in the DB - however, we would not recommend this as a solution (because it risks you breaking something in the DB) and you would be limited to being able to change the details that are stored in the DB.

That's fine, just more of a question to understand how the process would work and how it would currently be managed, as you mentioned, it's one for the features list.
