Similar Charities UX Timeline for end work September 30th Surveys: fielded and done. Tom will process and send to Azavea by 8/5. We evaluated the efficacy of the top 6 recs and the next field of the top 20 to see if there’s any distinction to answer questions if there’s a drop-off. If folks are viewing recs as related or not. Looking at some results: promising (average scoring is 4 - same as Amazon). Interview recruitment Donors / prospects / nonprofits 8/12 - VC to send a survey requesting interviews. Magda to confirm with Azavea when that happens. 8/17 - receive sufficient responses, start reaching out to schedule. 8/17-23 - VC schedules 8/23-9/9 (Annie’s timeline) - interviews Data set / ethics experts 1/1 process 8/12 - meeting with AI expert Could be delayed contracting-wise.
