added ability to add vendors and users to database

What's Happening?

Added function that will generate 5 fake users and vendors with populated fields when a link in the header is clicked.

Testing and Deployment Checklist

• [ ] After pulling the changes, you must use 'pip install faker' in your virtual environment
• [ ] Just click the link in the header and it'll do all the work for you
