Docs for Python library? #3

Since I'm separating the Linux app into a library and a GUI, the library will need docs. Should I put them here or in the catima.py repo? @TheLastProject

I'd say "it depends". If it fits in a README, just keep it at catima.py. Otherwise throw it in here.
