Since something is causing crashes on Sega VC and Sega Master System isn't working now (0% compatibility on all bases), i decided to partially fix SMS VC injection.
I say "partially" cause there are still various crashes depending of the version, and if we're editing the banner/icon/savedata and/or removing the emanual, so i suspect it's because of the CCF handling or WAD/00000004.app/00000005.app handling.
