The libspotify key generation and retrieval service has been deprecated, along with libspotify. You may apply to get a key using our App-key Request Form for private, individual usage. Bear in mind that you should do no new development using libspotify.

Any luck getting around this? I filed a request weeks ago, into a dead end with no reply.

Hey guys, i requested one and didnt hear anything up to 2-3 months. You must be patient.
