Absorbs formula should be: Base Absorbed = Floor(3 + (Job Level÷5))
At level 75 this would be 3+(75/5)=18
Currently, at 75, it absorbs 7 at maximum, with a small modicum of randomness to it it shouldn't have (have seen it absorb 5-6 a few times, which is not a number you'd get on a resist).
