If this servers spawn is off if JP wiki, it's supposed to be a 2 hour timed spawn at I-13
. Sat here a little over 2 hours and still haven't seen it, or log of someone coming by and getting it. Also CE site item database shows it drops nothing. But clopedia and possibly but not sure, due to translation, JP wiki says should drop wayang kulit mantle.
