Crafting recipe functions. Menu allows me to try to use it on myself, but it displays the message, 'You cannot attack that target', and no food effect is gained.
This egg sandwich wants to attack you but can't. This is exactly what the shiromochi food was doing. There was some talk about scaling the effects to lvl75 but we can discuss that here.
