Improve Apururu's TP/MP Conversion #304

For some reason she has a huge amount of Regain, giving her tons of TP, but she has no weapon skills of her own.

Why is this a problem? Other trusts (especially ones like Ayame) can have their weapon skill scripts trigger off you the player or other trusts having 1000+ TP. If you want to skillchain with one of them, Apururu can screw it all up by having them fire a WS off before you're ready. Other heal/support trusts can have this happen as well, but they only gain TP very slowly via ranged attacks (Joaquim throwing rocks) or the rare times they actually use their weapons (Kupipi) so it's not nearly as big of an issue.

Hard solution: Give Apururu a weaponskill and have her use melee autoattacks so she can utilize it. Easy solution: Remove her regain entirely so she can maintain her current pure healer role
