Pallas (S) NM needs a PH/coding #323

Per DB a pallas [s] is coded. Per wikipedia the placeholders should be the 2 gigas beastmaster in the area (17117241 and 17117246 Gigas Helmsman) despite an existance of the shield in AH history. Per the cats and boats git, the place holder id's are missing from the Zone Lua (i am aware this is not a 1:1 comparision), as i haven't seen him in 59 kills yesterday and 44 times today (insert chatlog here). Something doesn't feel right with this nm's spawn conditions.
