As part of my goblin dailies I was given a Burnite Shell as my turn in item. Unfortuntaely I was unable to spawn the NM that drops it, Ichorous Ire. Every time I clicked the rock I was told it was just a rock and there was no need to investigate it. I did not attempt to flag the quest it's part of as the wiki says it can be spawned without the quest being active.
