What does this pull request do?

• Updates the behavior for the NM Nommo. Verified in retail.
• Updates the HP of Nommo. Verified in retail.
• Updates the drop rate of Nommo, Lyft Lance to something more realistic and standard.
• Fixes the drop from Tikbalang. There was a typo where the Lyft Lance was duplicated by accident. It should be Lyft Pole.

There is no mob resistance for petrifaction immunity (this seems like a problem) so I reused code adding resistance to it in the lua. This might not be liked by LSB, and even I really don't like it.

Steps to test these changes

Straightforward change, just needs some eyes on it and it can be sent to LSB. The "hard" part was testing it in retail.
