🚀 [New Feature_WebApp] - Scrollbar With Existing Theme

Description of the enhancement. ✍🏻

• I would like to add a scrollbar to the existing theme.
• I am aware of the recent closure of the previous stale issue.

Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.

- Ensure that CSS is used in the appropriate location within the codebase.
- Style the scrollbar to align with the existing theme.
- Implement code to address cross-browser compatibility issues, including Internet Explorer.
