Description of the enhancement. ✍🏻

I want to style the scrollbar for the web app. Kindly assign me this issue. I noticed that this issue hasn't been arisen from any contributor. I can work on it.

Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.

Some steps to implement this enhancement-
1. Step 1 I will do it for generally used browsers such as Chrome and Safari.
2. Step 2 I will use -webkit-scrollbar properties.
3. Step 3 I will give it custom colors or gradients and border-radius also.
