Description

This pull request adds a dark mode feature and makes some styling updates to the App component in the existing codebase.

Changes Made

Added state isDarkMode to the App component to track the dark mode state.
Implemented the toggleDarkMode function to toggle the dark mode state.
Added a button to toggle between light and dark modes.
Added a Link component from react-router-dom for navigation.
Created a Header component and imported it into the App component.
Updated the Header component usage with new props.
Added styling to the App component and its child elements.
