Install apps directly on device doesn't work #2

So. I wanna directly install ipa files on my 2 legacy iPads and my iPod touch 4 but it doesn't work. I know it says. (Might not work) but I wanna install ipas badly. May be because my version of appsync although it works well with the mtmdev.org webapp which seems to work the same (only 1 app failed to install and it was club penguin puffle launch LOL)

Looks like the apps without icon install lol
