[BUG] Dark Mode Does Not Do Anything #23

Describe the bug In the music part of the website, https://cattn.github.io/msgweb/library/ , there is a button to enable dark mode. But dark mode is not implemented into the website yet.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://cattn.github.io/msgweb/library/
  2. Click on dark mode button
  3. See nothing happen

Expected behavior It should change between dark mode and light mode.

Windows Or Chromebook? Fedora Linux

I purpose we hide the button temporarily. Once the feature is added, we can make the button visible again. I made a pr #24

Thank you! Sounds like a plan to me, hopefully I'll get the ball rolling on some updates soon, school been crazy
