Allow export simulation data from ``camsim`` command line tool. #220

Currently you can only export the simulation JSON data from the GUI.

Optionally it would also be nice to just export the rendered tool paths as part of the STL data. Although drawing lines in space is messy in STL. They would need to be drawn as tubes.
