• Moved 'machines' to /usr/share/camotics
• Updated 'machines' directory search
• Avoid duplicates in 'machines' combobox

Rationale: 'machines' is a kind of library, not a documentation, thus more appropriate place to store it is /usr/share/camotics. Also, it is more convenient to have any user-modified files to be stored in their profiles and their work is not lost by updates, so the search through all known directories is needed.

Joseph, I fixed the docs installation broken by me. Also, I added the installation of CAMotics.appdata.xml and camotcis.png into right locations

Just to inform you, I am trying to bring camotics back to Fedora Core releases as it was orphaned and then retired three years ago.
