Comments (ongoing):

[x] Could the show method for the input data hide the derived columns, eg time_of_event, first etc?
[x] Maybe hide No outcome data, use load_expanded_data() if there is not expanded data?
[x] weight model should print about pooling
[ ] Can we make a print method with options that is used by show?
[x] @ expansion, heading? Maybe get real last period, not Inf
