Add Python, Mac and JetBrains ignores
If you plan on using Jupyter Book to render this repo as a book, you should also consider ignoring the HTM build files like I did here https://github.com/matheusfacure/python-causality-handbook/blob/b2c5942c5f7756b97e14568aa4e22cf8d46478e0/.gitignore#L250
