[Bug] Tailoring models won't let players change cloak appearance #11

Issue: The tailoring models won't let a player reliably change the appearance of cloaks. They seem to work just fine after a server restart. It's not even possible to get the cloak to display on the tailoring model when it happens (equip/unequip doesn't appear to help either). The issue is possibly caused by players using custom animations such as Teräs Kasi or the Jedi/Sith animations and who used the tailoring models before anyone else.
